G0D nFL In-State In-Depth REVIEW - wimo.

Post by whereismyopsec » Mon Apr 30, 2018 5:26 pm

NOTE I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THIS IS A REPOST OF MY ORIGINAL REVIEW BACK FROM JANUARY. G0D IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE MESSAGE ME. YOU HAD GIVEN ME AN 80off CODE FOR THE REVIEW BUT I WAS NEVER ABLE TO REDEEM IT BECAUSE IT EXPIRED :( ASIDE FROM THAT GOD MAY HAVE CHANGED SOME THINGS ON THE TEMP SO IT'S POSSIBLE THIS REVIEW MAY BE A LITTLE OUTDATED. IT'S LONG BUT VERY IN-DEPTH. ENJOY.

With g0d there is no need to communicate. You have peace of mind knowing you're getting your ID's. I did send an email about tracking and they responded within a day. Can't ask for more.

Cost: [10/10]
This score is based on what **I** paid. I used the litecoin 50off code and it totaled to $120 with priority shipping included. The ID itself would have been $100 and considering the amount of security features nFL has, it's definitely worth it. No doubt. If you get a group of 4 (with the 50off code) I believe it comes out to $60!! Absolute steal for an ID of this caliber. Props to you g0d.

Shipping: [10/10]
Took about 3 weeks. Faster that average for the sexy plum.

Stealth: [10/10]
Funny ass stealth. This was my first time receiving this type of stealth from g0d. What matter's most is that it passed customs :)

ALRIGHT BOYS HERE WE GO. THIS IS GONNA BE JUICY

Before I get started I want to say that I am very impressed with this temp. Especially for a V1. I would love to see how it compares to an OIS nFL.

FEEL - For the first time, I can say that a g0d ID feels like a *real* ID. The feel is almost identical to my physicals. Rubbing your finger across the face of the ID leaves a smudge trail the same way it is left on a physical. It's a little stiffer than a real nFL but no one will be able to tell the difference, it's so slight.

THICKNESS - Spot on. Nothing to complain about here.

LAMINATES - Just like the old florida, the nFL has rectangle laminates. What I mean by this, is that on a real nFL, the lams have 90 degree edges. The edges are *sharp* and *clean* *cut*. G0d's however, his edges are rounded. This is an immediately tell in-state but most bouncers won't be smart enough to catch this difference. It's so miniscule.

DROP TEST- Unfortunately, g0d's nFL fails the drop test. It *should* sound like a CD when it hits the floor but it just sounds like a piece of plastic. It's a subtle difference but still noticeable.

WINDOW - Color changing from gold to clear is absolutely flawless. It's actually perfect. **However**, when a light is shined from behind it, yes the window turns clear, but it has a sort of blue tint to it. Hopefully you can see this in the side by side window picture. But seriously, props g0d. On another note, the head looks like it's a *little* squished (vertically). Just bit, nothing to be worried about.

TEMPLATE -

Front:

I want to make it clear that Florida DMV's use shitty ass zebra printers? I could be wrong but our ID's *FONTS* are notorious for appearing fuzzy/blurry. G0d's *FONT* is very sharp and very crisp. When I first saw the ID this is what I immediately noticed. Why? Because I'm so used to that *fuzzy* look. I hope you can understand what I'm saying here. For those who have seen/held Florida ID's, you know exactly what I'm talking about. They are identical for the most part; only difference is the fuzziness.

G0D: Fonts appear very crisp while temp appears slightly fuzzy.

REAL: Fonts appear fuzzy while temp appears very crisp, clear, and sharp.

Right off the bat, certain areas of the temp are a tad darker than the real. Some areas that should have more of a white-ish tint are fairly dark. If you look at the bottom left corner of the ID, you'll be able to see the difference. I'm not sure how well you can see it in the photos but it's noticeable in person. The tree above the head is about one shade to dark as well.

Additionally, there are a number of tiny orange lines that **should** appear on the left side of the temp however these are non-existent. The purple micro right below "END" is too prominent. On a physical, it should be fairly difficult to see. Right above that, I'm not really sure what it is, but the ship/scale/weight thingy is missing A LOT of detail. There should be purple lines similar to the lines that are on the "F" and "L" behind it. They are there on g0d's nFL but the colors are so light they are barely distinguishable with the naked eye. I had to strain my eyes to find the color there. That section definitely needs some touching up (darkening the colors).

Following this, the "Florida" and "Driver License" headers are a little too light. It should be a dark forest green type of color. It's almost the identical but not quite. In the middle of the ID where it says "TRUST", that entire section is a shade of blue. Should be more white-ish towards the side that has the purple micro that I mentioned earlier. Above the "Florida" header, there should be more purple patterns/lines (not guilloche) but they are hardly visible. On a real nFL, you can see the lines but they are relatively light. What I'm saying is, that in some areas of the ID, you need to strain your eyes to see colors that are almost non-existent. This should be an easy fix for g0d.

REVISION 1/31/2018
---
Safe Driver is way too bold. Needs to be slimmed down a bit. Another *MAJOR* tell is the second “S” in “ISS”. The top part of the letter should pretty much be cut in half. My temp was also not printed all the way to the edge. There is a white line on the right side of the ID.

“GREAT SEAL OF FLO”- There need to be more space inside the individual letters. ALL of the letter outlines are way to close to each other. The spacing between the letters is perfectly fine but I’m referring to the space INSIDE the letters.

Back:

I made some annotations in one of the comparison photos. You should read this before looking at those. In the top left corner, the numbers need to be stretched vertically. They are in the correct position but they should run a little farther down. The 1D barcode is also to dark. It should be more of a brown-ish gray-ish color.

The text on the back is too thin and too light. Placement is solid but the color is off.

GUILLOCHE - Gotta say I'm impressed with this part. Considering it is the most difficult part of the back of the ID, it's fairly solid. With this being said, in no means does it mean it's perfect. First off, "Florida" is way too prominent. You can clearly see the outline of each letter on g0d's. On a real, you can still see the outline, but it's as if it blends in with the guilloche. You can tell there is a stark difference between the two. Same thing goes with "1845","FL", and the panhandle of the actual state. All 4 of these areas need to be lightened up.

On a real FL physical, the guilloche actually gets progressively harder to see the more your eyes move towards the right side of the ID. On the contrary, g0d's guilloche is subtly more visible all throughout. Basically, those 4 previous areas alongside the guilloche on the right side of the ID need some lightening. Also, the placement of the birthday is spot on.

REVISION 1/31/2018

Magstrip is about a millimeter too far down and the 1D barcode should be touching the magstrip. Additionally, the 1d barcode is not touching the top of the ID (there is a minuscule gap there; but noticeable enough to be called out on)

Submit a good photo and you will get good results. The reason I'm giving this a 7 is because both of g0d's nFL's that I received have very very dark ear shadows. Newly issued nFL's produce gray shadows and they tend to be all over the place. This is not something you should worry about to be honest but if a bouncer knows his stuff, he or she may call it out.

Holograms/OVI: [8/10]
There should be a thin solid border of OVI around the head of the person. G0d's does not contain this border. I'm not sure who knows about this yet, but it could potentially be an issue in the future. Also, it's a little difficult to make out facial features. Regardless, idk how g0d did it but damn does it look good for what it is. Out of state this will not be an issue.

UV: [4/10]
I've never seen this issue on any other g0d ID's, but UV is visible to the naked eye. This is a dead giveaway in-state. I know the UV works but it should not be visible. Unfortunately I couldn't get any photos of it showing :(

Scanning: [10/10]
Do I even need to answer this? Of course it scans.

Signature: [8/10]
Mine came out a little thick but that''s because I think it was stretched. Looks fine though. Real nFL signatures have a grainy/fuzzy look to them.

Conclusion: [8/10]
G0d's best ID to date. Better than nMA, nCO, nNC, etc. Hand's down this is the best ID g0d has ever produced. The amount of security features within this thing are insane. Out of state this ID will work you wonders. I'm almost certain people think the color changing window is un-fakeable. For a V1, this thing is fucking great. Hopefully g0d can fix the UV issue soon™. With a group of 4 and the 50off code, grabbing yourself this ID for $60 is an absolute steal. Thank you for blessing the sub with such a beautiful ID sexy plum.

great review, i don't think the temp has been updated.
also, the head in the window on bottom right is still uncentered in the background.
