No order/payment email confirmation

Hey so I have ordered multiple times with idg0d and everything has always gone smoothly. but tonight when i sent in an order the only email i got from order@chief-mail.com for confirmation was an email chain each with the title "Idgod chinese new years western union off bitcoin Uber sale"

And then when i sent the payment and got the confirmation from the order status page, i looked for another email but the only thing that came was the same exact email as before.

Hopefully, idg0d has my order # because it should be attached to my email, but who knows. I emailed tracking so i hope they can help , but i figured i would toss my message into the discussion board and see if anyone else can help out. thanks.

yeah i think im good now too. the emails for the order (thank you for your order) and the payment confirmation (payment confirmation has arrived) came in like 2 hours after i sent it in. that was the first time that has happened to me, but glad to see that it went through

also different subject, but when i emailed tracking i got a reply that they were on break from the 29th to the 13th. does that mean everything is going to be on hold? which means that the timeline for getting the IDs will be pushed back 2 weeks.

Hey so I got an email saying thank you for your order but then when I went to click view status it never gave me a tracking number? Am I still good on my order? I also payed for the express shipping as well and was wondering how long the express shipping would be

So you did get a confirmation email. The area that says tracking number will get updated with the dat it’s shipped after a few days, wait 4 days after the day it’s been shipped and email tracking chief (the email can be found in this forum) and ask for the tracking number. They can’t give a tracking number for something that hasn’t been shipped or made

You email tracking 4 days after the status says shipped. You dont get it right away
