I want a birthdate of 1990 can this be done? I noticed the faq said it can't. Why not?

I'm not doing that. I look younger than my age and there's this exclusive club for younger people under 30 that I want to join. Nothing horrible here. Would it be possible to make an exception? Either way your ids will eventually cross the age line of 23 as time goes on. I can pay a bit more if needed. Please let me know if this would be ok.
