payment status: new order?

Hey so I've ordered multiple times before but this time I didn't get any sort of payment confirmation. I sent the exact amount it said to the right wallet, and the coin left my account but I have got nothing to confirm that it was actually received. Under payment status it just says "New Order"
Hoping someone could help me out here because I'm kind of stressing. Thanks guys.

It's not in the spam folder and I sent the exact amount that it told me to. literally copy and paste. I've done it before like that and it's been fine. u/Hallosir what do you think?

My guess is you never accounted for the transaction fee which it tells you to on the how to order guide so the amount received is lower than the required minimum for it to register the order. If that’s the case then it’s your own fault and will need to wait to be refunded which I think is like every few months
