is this resolved? i ordered and didn't receive an order confirmation so I never sent the money. Did you ever end up getting an email? does it even matter if you dont get the confirmation email? are they still receiving the order?

You need to send the money to receive the confirmation email. I’d recommend you read through the FAQ before you get banned for asking questions that are answered, it’s happened before.

I went through western union a little over a month ago and western union has confirmed three times the payment was ready to pick up, but through the payment tracker it says MTCN problem. Is there anyway to see if it was good or how can we fix this???
